Dates to Remember
Please be informed of some important dates:
I. DISTRIBUTION OF BOOKS
Preschool Department – May 20, 2015
Note: Nursery and Junior Kinder levels will only receive school supplies and all workbooks will be distributed on the first day of classes. The Senior Kinder level will be receiving school supplies and some of their books but workbooks will also be given on their first day of school.
Grades 1 to 3 – May 21, 2015
Grades 4 to 6 – May 22, 2015
Grades 7 and 8 – May 25, 2015
Grades 9 and 10 – May 26, 2015
June 1 Onwards – All Levels
Procedure in Claiming of Books:
• Please claim the books of your child based on the above schedule. You may also claim the books of your child from a different grade level provided that one of them is scheduled to receive his/ her book on that date.
• Please bring your Book Assessment Checklist and Official Receipt and directly present it in ROOM # 2 in the Elementary Department.
• If books and school supplies have not yet been purchased, please visit our business office before the above-mentioned dates so as to avoid delays during the actual distribution of books.
II. PARENTS’ ORIENTATION
Orientation on School Policies and Procedures
• Preschool Department – June 8, 2015 at 9:00am in the Elementary Department
• Elementary Department – June 9, 2015 at 9:00am in the Elementary Department
• High School Department – June 10, 2015 at 9:00am in the High School Department
• Araw ng Lalawigan – June 11, 2015
• Independence Day (Regular Holiday) – June 12, 2015
III. OPENING OF CLASSES (All Levels) – June 15, 2015
•Preschool Department – Students will be dismissed one hour earlier for the first week of classes
Grade 1 (AM Session) – 7:30am to 11:15am
Grade 1 (PM Session) – 1:00pm to 4:45pm
Grade 2 – 7:30am to 11:15am
Grade 3 and 4 – 7:00am to 11:30am
Grade 5 and 6 – 7:00am to 11:45am
Grades 7 and 8 – 7:00am to 11:45am
Grades 9 and 10 – 7:00am to 12:00noon
Note: Regular class schedule will be followed by the Elementary and High School Departments starting June 16, 2015.
