PRESCHOOL

This July, the Nursery students will celebrate Nutrition Month with the theme: “Get your Plate in Shape, Eat Right!” This campaign focuses attention on the importance of making informed food choices and developing sound eating and physical activity habits. Also during this time, the children will learn to identify the basic food groups, more specifically the GLOW Food, know the importance of eating Go, Grow and Glow food and Good Hygiene. Various activities reinforcing the value of eating healthy food will be discussed in class throughout this month. At home, you can be role models by practicing healthy eating and active living.

As our culminating activity, the Senior Kinder will have a special day wherein they will be able to assimilate their knowledge of healthy food through film viewing, games and craft-making.
