It’s ENGLISH Month once again. Child Jesus of Prague School specifically would like to highlight the importance of being proficient and confident in speaking, reading and writing in English for this month through the various activities that your child will be exposed to. We have prepared lots of learning experiences for your children. Aside from the usual Spelling Bee, we have the different contests, which aim to develop the oral and written communication skills and to widen the vocabulary of our pupils. The R.E.A.D campaign (Read, Explore and Discover!), EOP (English Only Policy) activity and Scholastics Book Fair are some of the new and interesting events that will happen in the elementary department. Surely, these various activities will bring them valuable experiences and enjoyment of the literature.
Another important activity for this month is the annual parenting seminar, where all of you are strongly encouraged to attend. This is another avenue for us to enjoy our positions as parents and at the same time to widen our perspective on how to handle children of this generation.
